Teabagging requires a dick army!
Apr. 15th, 2009 09:54 pmThis is the filthiest goddamn news broadcast I have ever seen and I love it. I still hate cable news networks, but I love this.
I saw a few protesters on my way to work today, one with a large sign saying "WAKE UP AMERICA SOMETHING SOMETHING SOMETHING SOCIALISM".
Me? I'm just glad for my hearty tax return that will help cover my medical expenses in 2008, which were 1/3 my gross income, even if some people think I should be on the streets because I am poor (AND I AM POOR BECAUSE I HAVE A POOR WORK ETHIC; DON'T YOU GUYS THINK I HAVE A HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC??) and by extension worthless.
ETA: Reminds me of when I was reading P. J. O'Rourke's Parliament of Whores and I had to drop it after some joke along the lines of "Why is it always the hippy liberals out protesting? Because they don't have jobs! LOL" No. You protest when you are passionate about a cause, just like the people on the streets today were (even if I think their cause is rather mean-spirited). Why that particular bit was what made me drop it I have no idea, but my memories of the book are altogether vague bordering on non-existent.
