On the way home I saw a black and yellow truck with a vanity plate that said "drone".

This totally makes up for the insect documentary I watched this weekend wherein giant hornets killed off a hive of honeybees (because nature is hardcore and does not care that the bees are cuter).

That's awesome. The question I'm wondering is how many people on the road actually get it? Or if the driver even realizes the joke and "Drone" actually means something entirely different to him, color of the vehicle not meaning a thing.

You might be the only person in the world that saw that plate and made the connection like that. Eh?

Hmm...okay. So then it would have been inappropriate to yell "BROWN...HORN-EEEETTTTT!" when a certain legendary pimpmobile made its way around the corner?

I'd do that just for the strange looks I'd get from the people around me. ^_^

My friend Laura, who's obsessed with insects, tried to get me to watch that documentary. I flat-out told her no. I don't like to see cute things killed! I am a wuss.

Her: But there's such beautiful photography! The close-ups are gorgeous!
Me: Yeeeah, but they're close-ups of the hornets BRUTALLY MURDERING THE HONEY BEES.
